Summers, Sr. and Sherryl L. Summers, as Trustors on April 8, 2002, in <br />which United Nebraska Bank, was named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust <br />was filed for record on April 9, 2002 at Instrument No. 0200203866 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as <br />nominee for Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation on April 8, 2002 by <br />assignment recorded on September 4, 2002 at Instrument No. 200209269 in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed <br />of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on July 19, 2012 by <br />assignment recorded on July 23, 2012 at Instrument No. 201205990 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the <br />trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such <br />breach is the Trubtor'ss failure to - (1) make debt payments as they became <br />due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that because of such <br />default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated. <br />Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice of Default is given to <br />cure said default. Trustor may make payment to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. <br />of the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
