<br />NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on April 8, 2002,
<br />by Ronald L. Summers Sr. and Sherry) L. Summers, as Trustor, to Commercial Federal
<br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, recorded on April 9, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200203866 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an obligation under a Promissory
<br />Note in the amount of $44,850.00; and as assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., as nominee for Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation by assignment
<br />dated April 8, 2002 and recorded on September 4, 2002 at Instrument #0200209269 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and as further assigned to Wells
<br />Fargo Bank, N.A. by assignment dated July 19, 2012 and recorded on July 23, 2012
<br />Instrument #201205990 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal
<br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of the Deed of
<br />Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously
<br />appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Steffi A.
<br />Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123, to serve, effective
<br />immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the prior trustee,
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to
<br />serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a member of the Nebraska
<br />State Bar Association.
<br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have
<br />executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the
<br />powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said
<br />Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, in
<br />accordance with the provisions of the Deed of Trust, succeed to all the title, powers and
<br />duties conferred upon the Original Trustee by the terms of said Deed of Trust and by
<br />applicable law.
