<br /> 200704139, O�cial Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br /> requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by

<br /> feet;thence southwesterly parallel to the southeasterly line of the Union Pacific Railroad, a
<br /> distance of 818.0 feet;thence deflecting right 90'00" and running northwesterly, a distance of
<br /> 298.55 feet;thence southwesterly parallel to said southeasterly line of the Union Pacific Railroad,
