Upon written notification given to Donald J. Schultz (if living), <br />Barry D. Schultz and /or Debra L. Schultz, they shall have thirty (30) days in which to notify <br />Grantees herein of their desire to exercise their right of first refusal, and thereafter must close on the <br />sale within ninety (90) days of the date of notification.
