SCHULTZ, Grantees, as tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />subject to easements, encumbrances and restrictions of record. <br />Donald J. Schultz, Grantor, expressly reserves to himself the full benefit and use of the <br />above - described real estate and the rents, issues and profits thereof, for and during his natural life.. <br />Grantor, during said life use, shall pay all real estate taxes and assessments levied on said real estate <br />and shall not commit waste upon the premises. <br />This conveyance to Grantees is subject to a right of first refusal by Donald J. Schultz, Barry <br />D. Schultz and Debra L.Schultz. In the event that the Grantees ever receive an offer for the sale of <br />their interest in the above - described property, which they desire to accept, they must first offer the <br />property to Donald J. Schultz (if living), or Barry D. Schultz and /or Debra L. Schultz, husband and <br />wife, the right to purchase the property under the same terms and conditions of the offer which the <br />Grantees herein desire to accept. Upon written notification given to Donald J. Schultz (if living), <br />Barry D. Schultz and /or Debra L. Schultz, they shall have thirty (30) days in which to notify <br />Grantees herein of their desire to exercise their right of first refusal, and thereafter must close on the <br />sale within ninety (90) days of the date of notification. If Donald J. Schultz (if living), Barry R. <br />Schultz or Debra L.
