No Oral Change. This Deed of Trust may not be modified, amended, changed, <br />discharged or terminated orally, but only in writing signed by the person against whom the <br />enforcement of the modification, amendment, change, discharge or termination is sought. <br />18. Filings of Deed of Trust, Etc. Trustor forthwith upon the execution and delivery <br />of this Deed of Trust and thereafter from time to time will cause this Deed of Trust and any <br />security instrument creating a lien or security interest or evidencing the lien hereof upon the <br />Trust Property and each instrument of further assurance to be filed, registered or recorded in <br />such manner and in such places as may be required under any present or future law in order to <br />publish notice of and fully protect the lien or security interest hereof upon and the interest of <br />Beneficiary in the Trust Property. Trustor will pay all filing, registration or recording fees and all <br />attorneys' fees, commissions, and expenses incident to the preparation, execution and <br />acknowledgment of the Note, this Deed of Trust, any mortgage supplemental hereto, any <br />security instrument with respect to the Trust Property, and any instrument of further assurance; <br />and all federal, state, county and municipal taxes, duties, imposts, assessments, and charges <br />arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of the Note, this Deed of Trust, <br />any mortgage supplemental hereto, any security instrument with respect to the Trust Property or <br />any instrument of further assurance, except where prohibited by law so to do. Trustor shall <br />hold harmless and indemnify Trustee and Beneficiary, their successors and assigns, against <br />any liability incurred by reason of the imposition of any tax on the making or recording of the <br />Note, this Deed of Trust or the Pledge and Security Agreement. <br />19. INDEMNIFICATION. TRUSTOR SHALL PROTECT, INDEMNIFY AND SAVE <br />HARMLESS TRUSTEE AND BENEFICIARY FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES, <br />
