<br /> JONATHAN SASS, also known as JONATHAN G. SASS, a single person GRANTOR,
<br /> in consideration of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND
<br /> NO/100 DOLLARS ($289,500.00)received from GRANTEES, LUELLA E. SASS, as to an
<br /> undivided two-fifths(2/5th)interest;ALBERT DALE SASS, as to an undivided one-fifth
<br /> (1/5th)interest; ALAN J. HUTCHINGS, as to an undivided one-fifth(1/5th) interest and
