201211096 <br /> If the power of sale is iovoked, Trustee shall record a notice of default in each county in which any <br /> part of thc Proper[y is located and shall mail copies of such noGce in the manner prescribed by <br /> applicable law to Sorrowcr and to the other persons prescribed by applicable law.After the time <br /> required by applicable law,Trustee shall give public notice of sale to the persons and in the manner <br /> prescribed by applicablc law. Trustee,without demand on Borrower,shall sell the Property at public <br /> auction to the highest bidder at the timc and place and undcr the terms designated in the notice of sale <br /> in one or more parcels and in any order Trustee dc[ermines. Trustee mav postponc sale of all or any <br /> parcel of the Property bp public announcement at the time and place of any previously scheduled sale. <br /> Lender or its designec may purchase the Property at any sale. <br /> If the I.ender's interest in this Security Instrument is held by the Secretary�and the Secretary requires <br /> immediate payment in full under Paragraph 9,the Secmtary may im•oke the nonjudicial power of sale <br /> provided in thc Single Family Mortgage ForcclasureAct of 1994 ("AM")(12 U.S.C. 3751 et seg) by <br /> requcsting a Foreclosure wmmissioner designated under the Act to commence foreclasure and to sell <br /> the Prnperty as provided in the Act.
