That AMERICA'S MONEYLINE, INC. subsequently transferred its interest in the above <br />Mortgage/Deed of Trust to SAXON MORTGAGE INC. located at 4708 HERCANTILE <br />DRIVE, FT. NORTH, TX 76137 by Assignment dated APRIL 25, 2005, and recorded on <br />MAY 11 2005, Instrument 200504222, aforesaid records. <br />5. That SAXON MORTGAGE INC. subsequently transferred its interest in the above <br />Mortgage/Deed of Trust to U.S. BANK N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE <br />SECURITYHOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE TRUST, 2005-HF1. <br />The original assignment was lost or misplaced before being recorded. <br />6.
