That AMERICA'S MONEYLINE, INC. subsequently transferred its interest in the above <br />Mortgage /Deed of Trust to SAXON MORTGAGE INC., located at 4708 <br />MERCANTILE DR., FT WORTH, TX 76137 by Assignment dated APRIL 25, 2005 and <br />recorded on MAY 11, 2005 Instrument 0200504223 aforesaid records. <br />5. That SAXON MORTGAGE INC., subsequently transferred its interest in the above <br />Mortgage/Deed of Trust to DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, as <br />indenture trustee for the registered holders of SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST <br />2005 -2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005 -2 The original <br />assignment was lost or misplaced before being recorded. <br />6.
