Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />( "Lender "). <br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated March 22, 2008 (the "Deed of Trust ") <br />which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on March 25, 2008, Entered as Instrument <br />No. 0200802463. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL <br />County, State of Nebraska: <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Thirty -Three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West <br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, Except a strip of land Seven (7) feet 1n- width adjacent to the present <br />section line county road Thirty -three (33) foot right -of -way line along the North side of the N1/2NE1/4, conveyed to <br />Hall County, Nebraska, to be used for extra road right -of -way, as described in Quitclaim Deed recorded ih Book <br />150, Page 390 <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as NE1 /4, 33- 11 -12, NE. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />Extending the maturity date to 12/20/17. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require <br />strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. <br />Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by <br />the Deed of Trust (the "Note "). It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all parties to the Deed of Trust and all <br />parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly released by <br />Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be released by virtue of this <br />Modification.
