<br />WHEREAS, The Bank of Marquette f.k.a. First National Bank of Marquette, as Successor
<br />Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 30, 1992, executed by Ronald C. Krauss and Vada M.
<br />Krauss, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which the Bank of Marquette f.k.a First National Bank of
<br />Marquette was named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Successor Trustee, and recorded on
<br />January 4, 1993, in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 93-
<br />100011 of the mortgage records, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed
<br />of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or person
<br />legally entitled therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />West One -third (1/3) of Lot Three (3) and all of Lot four (4), Block Eighty -one (81), Original Town of
<br />Grand Island, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska has caused this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by its President and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
<br />on December19, 2012.
<br />Before me, a notary public qualified for said county, personally came J. D. Ferguson, President of
<br />The Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, known to me to be the President
<br />and identical person who signed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the same to be his
<br />voluntary act and deed as such officer and the voluntary act and deed of said corporation and that it's
<br />seal was thereto affixed by his authority.
