Cavitt and Bette Jayne Cavitt, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, recorded on November 30, 2004, as Instrument No. 200411520 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $51,550.00; and as assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Commercial Federal Bank, Federal Savings Bank by assignment dated November 29, 2004 and recorded on December 20, 2004 at Instrument No. 200412157 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and as further assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. by assignment dated November 30, 2011 and recorded on January 11, 2012 Instrument No. 201200279 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall. The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Steffi A. Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123, to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
