<br />NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on May 1, 2002, by
<br />Clinton A. Cramer, a single person and Melanie C. Nolan, a single person, as Trustor, to
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Wells
<br />Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary, recorded on May 1, 2002, as Instrument No.
<br />0200204726 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska to secure an
<br />obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $50,212.00; and as assigned to
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. by assignment dated May 1, 2002 and
<br />recorded on August 12, 2002 at Instrument #200208393 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and as further assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, National
<br />Association by assignment dated January 12, 2011 and recorded on January 18, 2011
<br />Instrument #201100332 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does hereby removes Commercial
<br />Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of the
<br />Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been
<br />previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and
<br />substitute Steffi A. Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska 68123,
<br />to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace
<br />the prior trustee, Erika Knapstein. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as
<br />Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association.
<br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have
<br />executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the
<br />powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said
<br />Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed.
