Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells <br />Fargo Bank, N.A. on August 28, 2012 by assignment recorded on <br />September 4, 2012 at Instrument No. 201207330 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was, conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
