Moore and Chris D. Moore, as Trustor, to CharterWest National Bank, <br />as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., soley as <br />nominee for Charter West National Bank, as Beneficiary, recorded on March 14, 2011, as <br />Instrument No. 201101976 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $136,451.00; <br />and as assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. by assignment dated August 28, 2012 and <br />recorded on September 4, 2012 at Instrument No. 201207330 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, does <br />hereby remove CharterWest National Bank, as Trustee and does pursuant to the terms of <br />the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been <br />previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and <br />substitute Steffi A. Swanson, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Nebraska <br />68123, to serve, effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to <br />replace the CharterWest National Bank. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as <br />Successor Trustee under the laws of this state as a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association. <br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have <br />executed, appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all <br />the powers, duties and authority of the discharged Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of <br />said Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, <br />in accordance with the provisions of the Deed of Trust, succeed to all the title, powers and <br />duties conferred upon the Original Trustee by the terms of said Deed of Trust and by <br />applicable law. <br />The following described real estate, together with its improvements, easements <br />and appurtenances thereunto belonging, is located in Hall County, Nebraska and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />
