SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd Street <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Pathway Bank, Grantor, whether one <br />or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kenneth W. <br />Wiemers and Candi J.
