Grantor will noi sell,assign,encumber,or otherwise dispose of any of Grantor`s righis in the <br /> Rents excepY as provided in this Assignmerrt. <br /> LENDER'S RIGHT TO RECE[VE AND COLLECT RENTS. Lender shall have the right at any time, and even though no <br /> default shall have occurred under this Assignrnent,to collect and receive the Rents.
