<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Niedfelt
<br />Property Management, LLC, A Nebraska Corporation, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated September
<br />4, 2008, and recorded September 24, 2008, Instrument number 0200808140, in the office of the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Four (4), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Seven (7), and Eight (8), Block Three (3), Sterling
<br />Estates Subdivision, In the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.

<br />President of Heritage Bank, a corporation known to me to be the same and identical person who
