Lender shall give notice to Borrower prior to accelerxfion follovving <br /> Borrower's breach of any covenant or agreemen2 in this Seeurity Instniment(bnt not prior to <br /> acceleraflon under Seetion 18 unless Applicable Law provides otherR2se). Trustee, without demand on Borrower, shall scll the Propert} at public <br /> auction to tiie lughest bidder at khe fime and place and under the terms desiguuted in the uotice of sale <br /> in une or more parcels and in any order Trustcc determines. Trastee may postpone sale of all or any <br /> parccl of the Property by public annonncement at the fime and place of any prcviously scheduled saie. <br /> Lender or its designee may purch�se the Property at any sale. <br /> Upon reeeipt of payment of the pricc bid, Trusfee shall deliver tu the purchaser Trustee's decd <br /> eonveying Yhe Property. The recitals in the Trustee's deed shsell be prima facie evidence of the truth of <br /> the statements made therein.
