<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />ya , under the Deed of Trust dated July 20, 2011, and executed by Ulysses A. Carlini, Jr. and Diane K.
<br />co Carlini, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />5 40 undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />• County, Nebraska on July 21, 2011, as Instrument No. 201105373, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />ra Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />m Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Three (3), Woodland Park First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />tyi said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 17 day of December, 2012.
