<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JACK ARMSTRONG; A SINGLE
<br />PERSON, Trustor, to Citizens Bank & Trust Company, St. Paul, NE, Trustee, for the benefit of Citizens Bank &
<br />Trust Co., Beneficiary, dated August 3, 2012, and recorded on August 16, 2012, as instrument no. 201206779 in
<br />the record of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
