DOWNING and KAY <br />J. DOWNING; HUSBAND AND WIFE, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst. No. 0201009688 on the 27th day of December, 2010 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lots Forty -One (41), Forty-Two (42), and Forty -Three (43), Bosselman Second Subdivision, <br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Except a tract of land more <br />particulary described in Warranty Deed filed June 24, 1983 in the Register of Deeds office <br />as Document No. 83- 003317. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Kearney, Nebraska, this 14th day of December, 2012. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />)§ <br />COUNTY OF BUFFALO ) <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />TIMOTHY J.
