<br />WHEREAS, a certain Variance to Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions
<br />was filed in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds on Peterna;er 13
<br />2012 as Instrument No. O i c3, i O5) 8 ( "Variance ") and indexed against the following real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Sterling Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five (5), Lot Six (6),
<br />Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), Lot Nine (9), and Lot Ten (10), Block Two (2),
<br />Sterling Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2) and Lot Three (3), Block Four (4), Sterling Estates
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2), Block Five (5), Sterling Estates Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five (5) and Lot Six
<br />(6), Block Six (6), Sterling Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot One (1), Lot Two (2), Lot Three (3), Lot Four (4), Lot Five (5), Lot Six (6),
<br />Lot Seven (7) and Lot Eight (8), Block Nine (9), Sterling Estates Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned are the owners of Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), Sterling
<br />Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
<br />1. Incorporation of Recitals. The recitals appearing hereinabove are specifically
<br />incorporated herein and made a binding part of this Consent by this reference.
<br />2. Consent to Variance. The undersigned do hereby consent to the Variance.
<br />3. Binding Effect. This Consent shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit
<br />of the parties hereto, their legal representatives, successors and assigns.
