The undersigned, as present holder of the Note, dces hereby remove Ticor Title Insurance Company, as Trustee and does, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust, hereby remove any Substitute Trusfee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does hereby appoint and substitute Eric Lemp, T'rustee,NSBA# 24096, of 12400 Olive Blvd., Suite 555, St. Louis, St. Louis County,Missouri, to serve, effective immediaYely, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Trustee of Record.
