<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thomas
<br />William Ziller and Angela Jo Ziller, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated January 20,
<br />2003, and recorded January 24, 2003, Instrument number 0200300886, in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />The Easterly One Third (1/3) of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty Five (55), in the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and,
<br />The Westerly Two Thirds (2/3) or Forty Four (44) Feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty Five (55) in
<br />the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
