STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon the public right -of -way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right -of -way abutting the <br />property at 4197 & 4195 New York Ave, 4198 & 4196 Pennsylvania Ave, 41978 & 4195 <br />Pennsylvania Ave, 4198 & 4196 New York Ave. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler <br />heads, control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with the <br />Various Locations in Grand Island Project No. URB- 5409(2); Control No. 42706. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License Agreement <br />applies to Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Block One (1), in Woodland Park Fifth <br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska AND <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), Block Two (2), <br />Woodland Park Fifth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska AND <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Block Three (3), in Woodland Park Fifth <br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />
