STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement <br />is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, <br />maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe <br />upon the public right -of -way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right -of -way abutting <br />the property at 2120 S Blaine Street. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, <br />control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with the <br />Various Locations in Grand Island Project No. URB- 5409(2); Control No. 42706. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License <br />Agreement applies to a part of Lot Five (5), Block Two (2), Stewart Place Subdivision <br />of a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW' , NE 1 /a) of Section <br />Twenty Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at <br />the southeast corner of said Lot 5 and running north along and upon the east side of <br />said Lot 5 a distance of 90 feet; turning and running west and parallel with the south <br />side of said Lot 5, a distance of 20 feet; turning and running south and parallel with <br />the east side of said Lot 5 a distance of 90 feet; turning and running east along and <br />upon the south side of said Lot 5 a distance of 20 feet to the place of beginning and a <br />tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW %, NE %) of <br />Section Twenty Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: Beginning at <br />a point Thirty Three (33.0) feet west and Six Hundred One (601.0) feet south of the <br />
