STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is <br />to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, <br />repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon the <br />public right -of -way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right -of -way abutting the <br />property at 1905 S Blaine Street. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, <br />control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with the Various <br />Locations in Grand Island Project No. URB- 5409(2); Control No. 42706. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License Agreement <br />applies to Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE ' SE ') of <br />Section Twenty (20), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the <br />Southwest corner of Bel -Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said point <br />being Two Hundred Fifty-three and Four Hundredths (253.04) feet North and Thirty- <br />three (33.0) feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE'/ SE') of said Section Twenty (20.0); thence running Easterly <br />along and upon the South line of said Bel -Air Addition, a distance of Seventy -seven and <br />Five Tenths (77.5) feet; thence running Southerly along and upon a line One Hundred <br />Ten and Five Tenths (110.5) feet Easterly from and parallel to the West line of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE ' SE ') of said Section Twenty <br />(20.0), a distance of One Hundred Six (106.0) feet; thence running Westerly along and <br />upon a line One Hundred Six (106.0) feet Southerly from and parallel to the Southerly <br />line of Bel -Air Addition, a distance of Seventy -seven and Five Tenths (77.5) feet: thence <br />
