NORTON AND BETTY J. NORTON, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Licensee ". <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is <br />to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, <br />repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon the <br />public right -of -way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right -of -way abutting the <br />property at 2220 S Blaine Street. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, <br />control box and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with the Various <br />Locations in Grand Island Project No. URB- 5409(2); Control No. 42706. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED.
