20121.0312 <br />Southeast Quarter (SE /4) on the South, said point of beginning being approximately 33 <br />feet North of and 523.3 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 36, thence due <br />West following a line parallel with and 33 feet North of the center line of said Adams - <br />Hall County Highway for a distance of 60 feet, thence due North 50 feet, thence due East <br />in a line parallel with the center of said Adams -Hall County Highway until said line so <br />extended intersects the West right -of -way line of said Highway 281, thence <br />Southwesterly along said West right of way line to the point of beginning, and subject <br />further to easements and restrictions of record. <br />5. By signing this Affidavit and Declaration, Robert L. Johnson declares, represents and <br />warrants that he and Gwen K. Thorpe have accepted the office as Co- Trustees of the Trust and are <br />the duly appointed, constituted and acting Co- Trustees of the Trust, with full and lawful authority to <br />administer the Trust pursuant to the terms thereof.
