STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon the public right -of -way; <br />Installation of lawn sprinkler system to irrigate the public right -of -way abutting the <br />property at 1704 W 3 Street. This will include sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, control box <br />and associated hardware. This agreement is in connection with the Various Locations in <br />Grand Island Project No. URB- 5409(2); Control No. 42706. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE AFFECTED. This License Agreement <br />applies to Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight <br />(8), and all of vacated alley, vacated by Ordinance #3911, all in Block Five (5), Kernohan and <br />Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block Fifty (50) in Packer and Barr's Second <br />Addition, and its complement, Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Fractional Block Four (4), in <br />Kernohan and Decker's Addition, both being additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Fifty (50), in Packer <br />and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The easterly one -half (E ' /z) of that portion of vacated Logan Street vacated by <br />Ordinance #4880 lying between Block Forty - Nine (49) and Block Fifty (50), of Packer and <br />Barr's Second Addition, extending from the Northerly line of Third Street to the Southerly line <br />of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way; and <br />KGs <br />
