<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Two
<br />Brothers, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, Grantor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated March 19, 2009 in which Pathway Bank,
<br />a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded April 1,
<br />2009 as Instrument No. 0200902356 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an
<br />original stated indebtedness of $205,100.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
