Baack, Attorney, Trustee under those certain Deeds of Trust <br />dated April 23, 2004, and June 29, 2009, wherein BRAD ADAMS and NANCY ADAMS, <br />Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, which were filed of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 26, 2004, as Instrument No. 200404090, and on July <br />8, 2009, as Instrument No. 200905532, and which contain as trust property the following - <br />described real estate: <br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Eight (8), in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 304 S Thebe, Cairo, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in those Deeds of Trust as the "Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the notes secured by those Deeds of <br />Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated April 23, 2004, and <br />that certain Consumer Real Estate Secured Note dated June 29, 2009, owing from Trustors to the <br />Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of those Deeds of Trust referred to above, which secure these <br />obligations. <br />Arend R.
