This Consent shall remain in full force and effect until all obligations of Lessee to Leander have been paint and satisfied in full and Lender has terminated its financing agxeen with Lessee. 13. The provisions of this Consent may not be modified or terminated orally, and shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Landlord, and upon any successor owner or transf tree of the Site and shall inure to the benefit of the Lender and its successors and assigns. Notwithstanding any other. provision of this Consent or the Lease to the contrary, all of Lender's right, title and interest in or to the Lease and any obligations thereunder may be assigned and tmnsferred to an affiliate or succor of Lender without notice to Landlord, and to other parties with notice to Landlord. 14.
