Smith and Christine A. Smith, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Archer Cooperative Credit Union, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligations dated July 12, 2008, for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of November 29, 2012, is in the amount of $24,445.05, plus interest thereafter.
