2. "Access purposes" as used in this Easement Agreement means the right to <br />the nonexclusive use of the Easement Property as a means of ingress and egress to and <br />from Grantees' Property by Grantees, their successors in interest and assigns. <br />3. Grantor will construct a dirt access private drive upon the Easement <br />Property. Thereafter, Grantees shall maintain the Easement Property for access purposes <br />in good repair, but shall not construct permanent improvements upon the Easement <br />Property. Neither Grantor nor Grantees will obstruct access to the easement granted <br />herein. <br />4. Subject to the terms set forth herein, this easement shall run with the land <br />and shall be binding upon the parties, their successors in interest and assigns. <br />5. Grantees, their successors and assigns, shall hold Grantor, its successors <br />and assigns, harmless and indemnify Grantor from any and all liability or claims for <br />death or injury to persons or damage to property caused by the repair, maintenance or use <br />of the easement granted herein. <br />6. This Easement Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. <br />Any modification of this Easement Agreement shall be binding only if evidenced in <br />writing and signed by all record owners of Grantor's Property and Grantees' Property. <br />IN <br />above writte <br />B; ._ �W <br />.
