<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Charles R Winkler and Doris L
<br />Winkler, Husband and Wife to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated September 24, 2012, and recorded September 25, 2012, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201208000 (or in Book Number
<br />Page Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Part of Lot Thirteen (13), of the County Subdivision of South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2SE1/4) of
<br />Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Southerly side of said Lot
<br />13, 105 feet easterly from the Southwest corner thereof, running thence easterly on said Southerly side of
<br />said Lot, for a distance of 66 Feet, thence Northerly at right angles for a distance of 180 Feet, running
<br />thence Westerly at right angles for a distance of 66 Feet, and running thence Southerly at Right Angles for
<br />a distance of 180 Feet to the place of Beginning.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 616 W Louise St., Grand Island, NE 68801.
