<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 28, 2001, executed by Boyd E Burhoop and Bev J
<br />Burhoop, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, document number 0200200008 on the 2nd day of January, 2002, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
<br />(N1/2NE1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY -FOUR (24), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH,
<br />RANGE TEN (10), WEST OF THE 6 P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID
<br />SECTION 24 AT A POINT THIRTY FEET (30') NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
<br />THE N1/2NE1/4; RUNNING THENCE NORTH ALONG AND UPON THE EAST LINE OF SAID
<br />SECTION 24 A DISTANCE OF 82.5 FEET; RUNNING THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL TO
<br />THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 24, A DISTANCE OF 258 FEET; RUNNING THENCE
<br />SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 24, A DISTANCE OF 82.5
<br />FEET; RUNNING THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION
<br />24 A DISTANCE OF 258 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
