<br />upon any property now owned by me, or hereafter acquired by me or on my behalf;
<br />To borrow, upon the security of any real or personal property then owned by me,
<br />any sum or sums whatsoever, and to sign, execute and deliver any bond, note or other
<br />evidence of debt, or other instrument in writing necessary or proper for said purpose, and
<br />to execute, acknowledge and deliver, as security therefor, any mortgage, or mortgages; or
<br />other instruments in writing upon any of said property, with interest, insurance, and
<br />receivership clauses and other customary provisions, covenants and conditions; and also
<br />to indorse, assign, pledge and hypothecate any and all personal property, stocks, bonds,
<br />and other securities, policies of life insurance, and other instruments in writing, as
<br />security for any such loan or loans, with power to sell, assign, transfer, convey and
<br />indorse for transfer, any stocks, bonds, or other evidence of title to any property
<br />whatsoever then owned by me, and to make such sale, transfer, assignment, or
<br />conveyance for such prices and upon such terms and conditions as my said attorney -in-
<br />fact shall deem wise;
<br />The powers given to my attomey -in -fact herein may be exercised as to all
<br />property and property rights of mine, whether now or hereafter owned by or due to me.
<br />This power of attorney shall be binding on me, my executors, assigns, successors, and
<br />heirs.
<br />I give my attorney -in fact full authority to perform every necessary and proper act
<br />as fully as I could if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation,
<br />hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney -in -fact [or substitute] shall so
<br />lawfully do. The substitution of another person as attorney-in-fact shall be by instrument
<br />in writing signed by my attorney-in-fact and designating the portion of the authority
<br />delegated and the period of time for which effective.
<br />This power of attorney shall not be affected or otherwise become invalid due to
<br />passage of time, and my intention is that it be fully recognized and honored in the future.
<br />This power of attorney shall not be affected by disability of the principal. I intend
<br />my attorney-in-fact to have all of the foregoing powers irrespective of my capacity from
<br />time to time to act for myself I also intend that any action taken hereunder by my said
<br />attorney-in-fact in good faith after my death, but without actual knowledge of my death,
<br />and which is otherwise valid and enforceable, shall inure to the benefit of myself and my
<br />heirs, assignors, successors, devisees, and personal representatives.
<br />THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY UPON THE
<br />DISABILITY OR INCAPACITY OF THE PRINCIPAL, AND THEREAFTER THIS
<br />POWER OF ATTORNEY SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY DISABILITY OF THE
<br />PRINCIPAL OR LAPSE OF TIME, it being my intention that my said attomey -in -fact
<br />shall have all of the foregoing powers only if I am incapable of acting on my own behalf
<br />For this purpose, my disability or incapacity shall be determined by a written certification
<br />signed by three medical doctors, at least one of which is my regular personal physician, if
<br />I have one.
<br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, if my attorney-in-fact determines that it is not
<br />practicable to transfer to my trustee certain of my property or property rights, I authorize
<br />my attorney-in-fact to exercise the following powers as to my property or property rights:
