<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />JAMES 11 ALLEN AND DONNA JEAN ALLEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated NOVEMBER 21, 2002 and recorded NOVEMBER 26, 2002 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />DOCUMENT # 0200213165 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
<br />LOT FIVE (5), IN VOSS SUBDIVISION OF ALL THAT PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(E1 /2SW1/2) AND THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER W1 /2SE1/4) OF SECTION ELEVEN (11), TOWNSHIP
<br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE IS P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING CERTAIN
<br />TRACTS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A CERTAIN PART OF LOT FIVE (5), VOSS SUBDIVISION,
<br />WHICH IS SITUATED IN THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1/2SW1/4) AND THE WEST HALF OF THE
<br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (W1/2SE1/4) OF SECTION ELEVEN (11), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST
<br />OF THE 6' P.M., MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
<br />SAID LOT 5 AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ALONG AND UPON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 5 A DISTANCE OF 250
<br />FEET, RUNNING THEN WEST, AT AN ANGLE OF 90° TO THE RIGHT, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET, RUNNING THENCE IN A
<br />NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 209.5 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5 WHICH
<br />POINT IS 230 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUNNING THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY
<br />DIRECTION ALONG AND UPON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
