<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, Whereas, In an action in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein ALPHA CAPITAL is Plaintiff and M
<br />& L INVESTMENTS, L.L.C., MARGARET V. ALLAN, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL
<br />e iN ASSOCIATION, THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, JOHN DOE AND
<br />MARY DOE; and all other persons/entities UNKNOWN claiming any right, interest or

<br />title in Tract No. 1: The South 52 feet of Fractional Lot Four, in Fractional Block Forty -
<br />nine, Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof Tract No. 2: Fractional Lot Four, in Fractional
<br />Block Six, in Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof are Defendants, a decree was rendered finding that
<br />there is due and owing to ALPHA CAPITAL the sum of ONE THOUSAND SIX
<br />HUNDRED NINETY -TWO DOLLARS AND EIGHTY -EIGHT CENTS ($1,692.88),
<br />plus interest in the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY -FIVE DOLLARS AND
<br />NINETY -SIX CENTS ($755.96) together with Plaintiff's attorney's fee in the amount of
<br />TWO HUNDRED NINETY -ONE DOLLARS AND NINETY -TWO CENTS ($291.92),
<br />and is a first lien, and costs of suit taxed at FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS
<br />AND THIRTY -THREE CENTS ($470.33), and, whereas, it was then and there further
<br />ordered in the said action that in default of the payment of the sum so found due by the
<br />said Defendants that JERRY WATSON, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the
<br />lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to
<br />pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said JERRY
<br />WATSON, Sheriff, under and by virtue of the said decree and the order of sale to him
<br />duly directed, did on the 16 day of May, 2012 in the lower lobby of the Hall County
<br />Courthouse in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having first given due
<br />and legal notice of the time and place of sale once per week for four consecutive weeks
<br />prior thereto in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general
<br />circulation is said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to the Plaintiff,
<br />ALPHA CAPITAL for the sum of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS
<br />AND NO CENTS ($3,600.00), which bid was then assigned to ISIDRO LOPEZ
<br />MORALES, which sale was afterward on the 17 day of October, 2012 examined and
<br />confirmed and the said JERRY WATSON as such Sheriff ordered to convey said
<br />premises in fee simple to ISIDRO LOPEZ MORALES.
