DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated June 28, 2012 (the "Deed of Trust ") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: RECORDED IN HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 201205594 ON 07 -09 -2012. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: LOT ELEVEN (11), AND THE EAST HALF (E1/2) OF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK EIGHT (8), IN BOGGS & HILL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1926 W 11TH ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: WITH TERMS AS AGREED UPON IN NOTE # 101258899 DATED 11.07 -2012, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A NEW MATURITY DATED 12 -01- 2015, AND A NEW PRINCIPAL BALANCE OF $ 33, 402.43. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note ").
