<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />October 9, 2012, executed by Chris H. Weiss and Paula Bright Weiss; Husband and Wife; as Trustor(s),
<br />in which CORNERSTONE BANK, York, Nebraslca, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />trustee, and recorded October 11, 2012 in Instrument No. 201208483 of Mortgage Records, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such
<br />Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, a.s Trustee for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
