201209535 <br /> All insurance policies requued by Lendu and ienewals of such policies shall be subject to Lender's right to <br /> disapprove such policies, sha11 include a standazd mortgage clause, and shall name Lender as mortgagee <br /> and,'or as an additional loss payee. Lender shall have the right to hold the policies and renewal certificates. If <br /> Lender requires, Boriower shall�omptly giv�to Lender all receipts of paid premimns and renewal nofices. <br /> If Boaower obtains az�y fQrm of insurance coverage, not otherwise requ�ed by Lender, for damage to, or <br /> destrucrion of, the Property, such policy shall include a standard mortgage clause and shall name Lender as <br /> mortgagee and/or as an additional loss payee. <br /> In the event of loss, Borrower sliall give prompt notice to the insurance carrier and Lender. Lender may <br /> make proof of Ioss if not made promptly bp F3orrower. Unless Lender:md Borrower otherwise agree in <br /> writing; any insurance proceeds, �uhether ar not the underlying insucancc wa,e required by Lender, sl�all be <br /> applied to restoration or repair of the Property, if the restoration or repair is economically feasible and <br /> Lender's security is not lessened. During such repair and restora{�on period, Lender shall have the right to <br /> hold such insurance proceeds until Lender has J�ad an opporhuuty to inspect such Propzrty to ensure the <br /> wark has Ueen cotnpleted to Lender s satisfaction, provided that such inspection shall bz undertaken <br /> promptly. Fees for public adjusfers, or other third pu-[ics, reiained'by Borrower <br /> shall not bepaid out of flie insurance proceeds and shall be Lhe sole obligation of Borrowec.
