Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />Increase principal amouM to 582,500.00 end extend maturity date to 10/31/2017. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shell remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect.
