<br /> Pursuant to Ihe provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed on Ol/12/2006, by Jeffrey D. Bulin
<br /> and Kathy R. Bulin, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as [enants in common, 3509 Schroeder Ave,
<br /> Grand Island, NE 68803, as Trustor, to Old Republic Nalional Title Ins. Co., as Trustee, for the benefit of New
<br /> Century Mortgage Corporation, as 6eneficiary, recorded on 0 U25/2006 as Instrument No. 0200600676, in the
<br /> office of the Hall County Recorder of Hall County, NE;to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the
<br /> amount of$170,000.00; and assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan
<br /> Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HG3 by Assignment dated 01/24/2006. The undersigned, as present
<br /> hulder of the Note, does hereby remove Old Republic National Title Ins. Co., as Trustee and does, pursuant to
<br /> the terms of the Deed of Trust, here6y remove any Subs[i[ute Trustee or Trustees who may have been
<br /> previously appointed in place of the original Trustee,and does hereby appoint and substitute Eric Lemp,
<br /> Trustee,NSQA# 24096,of 12400 Olive Blvd., Suite 555, Sl. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri,to serve,
<br /> effective immediately,as Substitute Trustee in the Deed ofTrust,and to replace the'Crustee of Record. Said
<br /> Substi[ute Trustee is qualified [o serve as Trustee under the laws of this state.
<br /> The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed,
<br /> appointed or filed in the past, giving and granting to said Su6stitute Trustee all the powers,duties and authority
<br /> of the discharged Trustee,and hereby ratifying all acts of said Suhstitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter
<br /> performed. Said Substitute Trustee shall, in accordance with the provisions of the deed of trust, succeed to all
<br /> the title, powers and duties conferred upon the Original Trustee(s)by the terms of said deed of trust and by
