Said Notice of Default was filed far record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County,Nebraska,on August 6,2012,as Instrument No.201206462. <br /> A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to norice <br /> pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb.Rev.Stat. §76-1008. <br /> Subsequent thereto,beginning on September 17,2012,Grantar caused to be published <br /> in the Grund Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska,a Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and <br /> stating that the described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for <br /> cash or certified or cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, <br /> lst&Locust Street,Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska at 10:00 AM on October 30,2012. <br /> Publication of such notice was made for five consecutive weeks on September 17, 2012, <br /> September 24, 2012, October l, 2012, October 8, 2012 and October 15, 2012, the last <br /> publication being at least ten(10)days but not more than thirty(30)days prior to the date of <br /> sale. <br /> A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled <br /> to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb.Rev.Stat.§76-1008. <br /> Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, John A. Wolf, attorney for Grantor, did at <br /> the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale,offer said property for sale at <br /> public auction, and did sell the same to Residential Credit Solutions, Ine. for the sum of <br /> $121,746.11, it being the highest bidder therefor. Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. has <br /> assigned all of its right,title and interest in such bid to Grantee. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,in wnsideration of the premises and of the sum of$121,746.11 <br /> so bid and paid as afaresaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, its <br /> successors and assigns forever, all the estate, right, title and interest of which the said Eric <br /> Manka, an unmarried person, and his successars in interest, were seized or possessed at the <br /> JME <br />
