201209483 <br /> All insurance policies required by Lender and renewals a£such policies shall be subject to Lendea's right to <br /> disapprove such policies, sl�all include a standard mortgage clause, and shall name Lender as mortgag.e <br /> and/or as an additional loss payee� I ender shall have the right to hold the policiea and renewai certificates. If <br /> Lender requires, Borrower shall prompUy give to Lender all receipts of paid premiums and renewal notices. <br /> If Borcower obtains any form of insurance coverage, not otherwise required by Lender, for damage to, or <br /> destruction of, the Property, such policy shall include a standard mortgage clause and shall name Lander as <br /> mortgagee and/or as an additional loss payee. <br /> In the event of loss, Borrower shall give prompt notice to the insurance c�rrier and Lender. Lender may <br /> make proof of loss if not mad.e promptly by Borrower. Unless Lender and Borrower otherwise agree in <br /> writir.g anv insurance proceeds, whether or not the underlying insurance�vas required by Lender, shall be <br /> applied to restoration or repair of the Property, if the restoration or repair is economieally feasible and <br /> Lender's security is not lessened.
