<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 1, 1997, executed by Boyd E Burhoop and Beverly J White„ Husband and
<br />Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, document number 97-108446 on the 9th
<br />day of October, 1997, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BUSBOOM SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), WALLICHS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK FOUR (4), SCHIMMER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
