<br />SHAFER PROPERTIES, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantor, in ( � Q �
<br />consideration of the forgiveness of debt and other valuable consideration received from Grantee,
<br />ARCHER COOP�RATIVE CREDIT LTNION, conveys to Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201):
<br />Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), Santa Anita Estates Subdivision, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such rzal estate and that it is free from encu.mbrances
<br />except for unpaid real estate taxes for 2009, 2010, and 2011, and the Real
<br />Estate Deed of Trust referred to herein;
<br />�2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.

<br />Co�nty Register of I�eeds. Gxantor declares that this conveyance is freely and voluntarily made by
<br />Grantor.
